I can’t help but say the name of this mirror/jewelry box in a Golom-esque hiss, but Precious is much better than that. The side drawers are perfect for rings, bracelets, and baubles while the pull out hooks on the opposite are made for hanging necklaces. EVerything slides right back into place for a sleek look.
I’m calling it an early week so that I can head off and celebrate the marriage of two good friends. Have a superb weekend and Happy Mother’s Day to all of you out there!
With exposed walls being such a big draw in real estate, it’s a wonder it took so long for someone to devise a faux solution. Concrete Walls offers a selection of brick, concrete, and graffitied walls created by Tim Haga from high resolution photography and digital manipulation. Your walls will be hipster-chic in no time flat. {via Eat. Live. Shop.}
Completely and utterly obsessed with this “Motley Missoni” bathroom paint job. Neither of mine has a wall long enough to execute such a slammin’ look, but I’ve definitely filed this one away for future inspiration! {via Apartment Therapy}
+ In love with this last minute costume, a flowing hooded cloak.
Happy Halloween Weekend!
Hey: Sunday is the last day to sign up for this year’s Calendar Swap! Get on the ball or miss out until next October. (And possibly be wandering around for an entire year in the meantime, clueless as to what month or day it is. But you know, your choice…)
I can count on one hand (okay, maybe two) the times I’ve been pro-wall covering for my own home. Whereas other people can commit to the permanence of the situation, I cannot. Then I saw this mural and immediately pictured it in my entryway. Those mountains! The muted tones! The freakin’ deer! And then I saw the price tag and realized the true reason I cannot commit to most wall coverings that I’m drawn to… {via design for mankind}
