Bemi Designs Bookmarks.
I’ve been really into the idea of sewing on paper lately. I have yet to give it a go myself, but I’ve found quite a few people who have. My latest favorite is Bemi Designs and their bookmarks. I really like that the sewing is used to compliment the paper and isn’t the basis of the design idea.

The only issue is that you dull your needle. I reserve one needle for sewing on paper only so it doesn’t screw me up when I’m trying to work on other projects.

November 29, 2007 at 4:17 pmI love sewing on paper. I do it all the time with cards and such. I bought a mini machine just for my paper craft projects that has some some nice basic stiches.
