Vosges: The Sensory Collection.

Chocolate on Valentine’s Day is just about as cliche as roses, except when it comes to Vosges’ Sensory Collection.

The extensive Collection is both a connoisseur’s guide to chocolate tasting and an game of smell and taste. Designed to develop your sense of smell and your ability to recognize and articulate the aromas of varietal chocolate. The experience of uncapping vials, inhaling essences and nibbling chocolate will engage and intrigue.

Not to mention how sexy the experience could be given the right set of circumstances. *wink, wink*

    Hi Kelly,

I remember when Katrina had a teeny little shop on Armitage in Bucktown, even then the neighborhood was not great but the shop and her taste was exquisite. It has been a wild ride to watch her grow and expand her business into the powerhouse of chocolate it is now.

Thanks for showing and BTW her chocolate curry truffles are still the best! 🙂

    Gigi –

I have to admit that I’m a bit biased where Vosges is concerned as well because my cousin helped Katrina set up shop back in the day. Vosges’ growth is amazing and her products couldn’t be any better in quality or design. She definitely deserves the success and attention she’s receiving these days. 🙂
