Ice Cream Goes Stainless.

I’m not a big ice cream person (shutter!) but I’m a huge fan of these stainless pieces by designer Hisakazu Shimizu and Sabo Studio. Especially the ice cream spoon which is a replica of those horrible, nasty tasting wooden spoons of your childhood. And the pop-up lid on the cup is the best touch.

Oh I love it! Talk about a must have. I use to love eating ice cream with those sticks. That’s a great grown-up version.

Maybe I’m wrong, but I think the fact that the spoons are wooden is what helps the ice cream stick. I can only imagine these metal ones being too slippery to hold it!
