I’m dying to try out this recipe for Zucchini, Basil and Goat Cheese Pizza! Seriously, zucchini on pizza?! Who knew?

August 9, 2009 at 11:24 pmI have been putting Zuch on homemade pizza ever since I had it from a little pizza vendor in Rome. They shred it with a cheese grater and pile it on with mozzarella. Super Yummy!!!
