The Daily Eat: Gazpacho.

Seems like gazpacho has become somewhat of a trendy dish lately (I’m nothing if not up on the trends). It’s basically cold, raw veggie soup with a tomato base. A perfectly light summer dish that when served with crusty French bread is irresistible.

    I would call gazpacho classic. I've been making it forever. I absolutely love it
