A beefed up version of the classic Greyhound, aptly named the Chinatown Express.
Chinatown Express – 1 1/2 oz vodka – 2 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice – 1/4 oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur – 1/4 oz Li Hing syrup – 2 dashes Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters
Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and enjoy!

The temps are still hanging out in the 60s around here, but on the weather this morning I happened to catch that a cold front is moving in this weekend and bringing the 40s with it!
