Barcelona-based artist Nuria Bringué Bergua is the creative mind behind Food Type, a typography book on healthy eating. Bergua cut food into uppercase letters, then photographed them and designed seven books based around the food pyramid and healthy eating. (Worth noting, none of the letters were retouched after photographing!)Posted In create, food
