love is everywhere.

I’d love to have a photographic record of everyday re-occurrences in my life like Leslie Sophia Lindell does in her flickr set love is everywhere.

“It started with the collecting of heart shaped rocks at the beach. I decided to document some of them. Then it seemed hearts started to appear everywhere. The only rule I have set is for them to be naturally occurring and/or accidental to count”

Some of the pieces are available in her etsy shop for purchase!

New Weekly Feature: 3 to See.

I’m excited to go the way of decor8, Darling Dexter and mint (just to name a few) who post a weekly shout out to a few blogs that rock their worlds. From now on, every Friday I’ll be posting 3 to See. Hopefully we’ll all meet some new blog friends and maybe even be reintroduced to some old ones. And best of all have even more inspiration and eye candy to feast upon!

Ten Dollar Drawings.

Ten Dollar Drawings is a very inventive idea by artist Alicia Carrier. She’ll draw the subject of your choosing on a 5 x 7″ piece of brown paper bag (or white paper if you prefer) for just ten bucks. And these aren’t your typical doodles because Alicia is oozing talent. The entire project is an effort to be in the practice of drawing every day and save up a little money on the side. Off to order mine now!

Creature Comfort’s Blog Gallery.

As many of you are already aware from other blogs singing her praises, Ez at Creature Comforts has created an absolutely brilliant visual Blog Gallery. She did a great job with the Design Crush link – I love it! Thanks again to Ez for all her hard work and the great links she’s put together. I can’t wait to find some new reading material.
