A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to be gifted a pair of Moorea Seal earrings, the Brass Triangle Grid set below. I fell so in love with them that I had to see what else the Seattle-based shop had to offer in their line of nature-meets-urban jewelry. Every piece is really versatile and will most likely end up being your favorite accessory addition. Trust.
If we could take everything that makes Mid-Century Modern furniture amazing and turn it into a line of jewelry it would be this line by LilahV. All of the mid-century beads were made by a European designer in the 1940s through 1960s, only found recently buried in a factory and exclusively accessed by LilahV to create her killer vintage modern jewelry. Which color combo is your favorite?
I’m completely intrigued by these raw metalwork pieces from Jamie Spinello. Jamie crafts her jewelry from copper, aluminum, and brass but my favorite medium has to be the blackened copper seen here. The Egyptian design influence is evident, but I love how geometric, modern, and sometimes downright medieval her necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings appear. (via Design Milk)
These fused glass baubles from Lone Mine remind me of my favorite pre-school snack – layered Jell-o! Each jewel is painstakingly formed first in a kiln and then ground by hand, featuring naturally occurring bubbles and a highly polished surface for a one-of-a-kind piece. I think my favorite is the one directly below, the remnants of a melted snowcone come to mind – yum!
These colorful necklaces (and bracelets) from Peppercotton – the team of Patrick Culpepper and Aurelia Cotton – are created from tube mesh and Swarovski crystals. Brilliant, creative use of materials and just the kind of piece to wear for taking a simple holiday outfit to the next level. (viaHoney Kennedy)

Hello! My name is Jen and I write the blog, Honey Kennedy. I’m happy to be here while my pal Kelly is immersing herself in Italian design and culture (read: I wish I was with her! Ha.). Magnifico! Brava!
I’ve been pinning a lot of design inspiration lately and thought I’d share some of the lovely things I’ve pinned. I love this season most of all! It’s all so good — the cozy fashion, yummy recipes and, of course, nestling in at home always rules. Have a wonderful weekend! Thanks for hanging out with me today. Come visit me on Honey Kennedy sometime!
1. I love this pink clouds print by Debbie Carlos. I bought one — it’s gorgeous!
hi there! this is Alyson from Unruly Things, happily filling in while Kelly is off in Milan. like Kelly, I’m also a graphic designer and a huge fan of color. lately, I’ve been curating a color series on my blog. I asked Kelly what her favorite color was so I could share one of my Color Stories with you today. she said bright poppy red, one of my faves too, so here are a few things I’m loving in different tones of poppy red.
