Ombre

Ombre 2.0 is sweeping the fashion world lately, and after a few months of having my eyes saturated with heads of blonde ombre hair I started noticing the technique everywhere. Not just in the fashion world. You know, like when you get a new car and start seeing the same make and model everywhere? Exactly like that.

Heath Killen

I had a mini epiphany the other day when I realized several unidentified pieces I’d been in love with were all by the same visual artist. Meet Heath Killen. He’s really well versed in different styles, but there’s definitely a distinct vibe of “Heath” in each piece. I spent a good fifteen minutes pouring through his portfolio and can’t wait to see what comes next.

Kitchen Goods

Between my loves of cooking and paper goods, you’d think I’d have a more organized game plan in the kitchen. Nope. Don’t get me wrong, everything is neatly put in its place. It’s just that once it’s there I’m not always sure what to do with it. If I don’t have a few recipes picked out and a list made when I go to the grocery store I end up coming home with apples and bread and that’s about it. I’ve found that most people are like me and need a little help, and these pieces fit the bill perfectly.
