Wallbanger is a shining piece of awesome. Meant to house a small bar for outdoor entertaining, I think it would be equally at home in my entryway for easy access after a hard day’s work. (via Design Milk)
Ever since making these necklaces for some friends I’ve been flat-out obsessed with embroidery thread. My only tryst with it in the past was short-lived, in the form of 6th grade bracelet making. In fact, some of the thread I used on my necklaces was from the 6th grade. (No joke. It’s in a box with my name on it.) All of a sudden the possibilities seem limitless.
I know I’m not exactly behind the eight ball on this one, but I’m all about these faceted drawer pulls from Pigeon Toe’s new collection. In fact, I’ve been scouring Craigslist for a new-to-me dresser that I can use them on.
Dare I say the quilting world is in danger? I desperately want to make this rainbow quilt (AKA wedding quilt) and have never used a needle and thread without drawing blood. Not always my own, but still. The Purl Bee has excellent instructions for me (and you) on how to make this bad boy, should we gather all our courage.
